The CCISDA-CSAC Technology Executive Credential Program is currently open for instructor volunteers for the 2025–2026 program year, which begins in October 2025.

This leadership development program is a partnership between the California County Information Services Directors Association (CCISDA) and the CSAC Institute for Excellence in County Government. It is designed to strengthen the strategic, management, and leadership capabilities of county IT professionals across California.

The program includes courses offered by both CSAC and CCISDA, with instructors from each organization contributing to the overall curriculum. We are currently seeking CCISDA members, whether new or returning, who are interested in volunteering to teach courses focused on real-world challenges and best practices in public sector technology leadership.
