Upcoming Webinar: Understanding California’s Data Exchange Framework

CCISDA is hosting a webinar featuring the California Health and Human Services’ Center for Data Insights and Innovation to introduce the Data Exchange Framework (DxF). This session will explore how the DxF supports secure, appropriate data sharing across health and social service agencies.

Consultants will present a new report, Capabilities for Health and Social Data Sharing, which includes a general model and real-world county case studies. The goal is to highlight practical approaches to care coordination, especially for counties facing limited resources.

All counties are encouraged to attend and share feedback.
