
KC Roestenberg
Past President
KC Roestenberg is the immediate past CCISDA President. He is the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for the County of Orange. Prior to his three years as the County’s CIO, he was the Assistant CIO as well as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO). He previously held roles at Lockheed Martin as Contract Manager for various IT managed services contracts.
As CIO, Mr. Roestenberg leads OC Information Technology (OCIT), the County’s centralized technology service provider. OCIT manages IT for more than 75% of the County’s 23+ individual agencies and 17,000 employees, with an annual budget of over $100 million. Mr. Roestenberg has successfully led OCIT and the county to adopt robust cybersecurity and innovative network availability initiatives, and comprehensive policies that protect county data and assets.
Mr. Roestenberg has been married to his wife Debbie for 38 years. They enjoy travelling internationally and spending time hiking with their dog Molly.
