Exhibitor and Sponsor Personnel Registration 

Welcome to the Exhibitor and Sponsor Personnel Registration website. To register your company representatives, your company must be an Exhibitor (i.e., 2025 CCISDA Strategic Partner) or a Conference Sponsor. All exhibit spaces are sold out, but you may still participate as a Conference Sponsor. For more information on becoming a Conference Sponsor and to review the current 2025 CCISDA Spring Conference Sponsorship Program please visit the Sponsorship Website. Important Note: No conference registrations or conference passes are included for Strategic Partners, Exhibitors or Sponsors. Conference registrations MUST be purchased separately. 

Registration Fees and Deadlines 

Now - March 28th | Early Bird Registration Fee $900
March 29th - April 15th | Regular Registration Fee $1,000
April 16th - Onsite | Late Registration Fee $1,200 

Strategic Partners  

The Strategic Partner Program provides year-round support to CCISDA and includes many benefits to vendors interested in establishing essential business relationships with our members. One of the premier benefits of the Strategic Partner Program is the opportunity to exhibit at our Spring Conference. In fact, exhibitor fees are included in the Strategic Partner fee.

• Platinum Strategic Partners may register and pay for up to four (4) company representatives to attend the conference.

• Gold Strategic Partners may register and pay for up to three (3) company representatives to attend the conference.

Sponsors

Onsite Registration & Badge Policy

All personnel must be registered in advance to receive a conference badge. Individuals who arrive onsite without prior registration will not be issued a badge until full payment has been received. Please note: no badge means no access to the exhibit hall.

Additionally, registrations submitted using the “Bill Me” payment option must be paid in full before a badge will be issued.

We closely monitor the number of registrations purchased by each Exhibitor and Sponsor. Company representatives who exceed the allotted number of registrations will not be issued a badge, even if they attempt to register and pay onsite.

Badge Policy & Registration Reminders

All attendees must wear their conference-issued badge at all times during CCISDA events. Individuals without a badge will be asked to register and pay onsite or leave the conference area. Exhibitors who violate this policy risk being excluded from future CCISDA events.

Substitutions
If a registered representative can no longer participate, you may substitute another representative. Please email us the new attendee’s name and email address as soon as possible to avoid registration delays onsite.

Lost Badges
Attending personnel are responsible for their conference badges. Lost badges can be reissued for a $50 fee and may require a wait time.

Conference Attendee Information & Lead Retrieval

A post-conference attendee list will be provided to all Exhibitors and Sponsors. This list will include first and last names, agency, and title (if available) of CCISDA member attendees. Please note that contact information will not be included.

To collect attendee, contact information, all Exhibitor and Sponsor personnel will receive access to an app-based lead retrieval tool as part of the booth package. This app allows you to scan attendee badges and generate leads in real time. Instructions for accessing and using the app will be shared as the conference approaches.

Booth Package  

All exhibitors will be provided the following as part of their booth package:  8’ high back drape, 3’ high side rails, (1) 6’ skirted table, (2) side chairs, a wastebasket, a 7” x 44” ID sign, and a lead generation app. The exhibit hall will be in the carpeted Grand Sierra Ballroom of the Everline Resort & Spa.

Booth Size Reminder
All booths at the CCISDA Conference are 8’ x 10’. Please ensure that all booth materials—including rented tables and displays—remain within your designated space. Adhering to booth guidelines is essential. Failure to comply may impact your eligibility to exhibit at future CCISDA conferences.

Booth Materials

If you are shipping materials that you want at your booth, DO NOT ship them directly to the hotel unless you have made arrangements with the hotel to hold the materials for you. We are working with Tricord as our conference decorator/drayage company. You can have your materials shipped to their advance warehouse and they will bring everything they receive to the conference and drop it off at your booth.

Electricity Needs

Electricity for your booth is NOT included in your booth package. You will find an Electricity Order Form in the 2025 CCISDA Spring Conference Exhibitor Service Kit.
