2025-26 CCISDA Strategic Partner Program

The CCISDA Strategic Partner Program offers your organization a unique opportunity to connect with California’s county IT leadership while providing unmatched visibility and engagement. The 2025-26 Strategic Partnership Program benefits begin on February 1, 2025, and conclude on January 31, 2026. Partnerships will be available for purchase until all spots are sold. Given the high demand, CCISDA anticipates a quick sell-out and strongly encourages early purchases. The only way to exhibit at a CCISDA conference is to be a Strategic Partner.

The 2025 CCISDA Conference dates and locations are:

• 2025 CCISDA Spring Conference 
  • Monday, April 28th - Thursday, May 1st
  • Everline Resort & Spa, Lake Tahoe
• 2025 CCISDA Fall Conference
  
  • Portola Hotel and Spa, Monterey 

Please note that CCISDA does not have a membership category for vendors or suppliers. Strategic Partners should refrain from referring to themselves as CCISDA members. The only CCISDA members are IT employees working for California counties.

• Priority booth location selection at both 2025 conferences, based on receipt of payment.
• Bold recognition at your booth spaces as a CCISDA Platinum Partner.
• Opportunity to send a mobile app push notification during both conferences.
• Signage recognition at both conferences.
• Rotating banner ad on the event mobile app at both conferences
• Company name, logo, contact information, hyperlink, and a brief description featured on CCISDA’s 2025-26 Strategic Partner page.
• Opportunity to co-present an educational (case study) webinar with a CCISDA member or other government IT professional.
• Two (2) email blasts to CCISDA membership during the 2025-26 Partnership year.
• CCISDA Partner logo to display on your website.
• Opportunity to market up to two (2) Partner-produced webinars to CCISDA membership during the 2025-26 Partnership year (1 invitation and 1 reminder email for each).

Gold Partner – $5,000 SOLD OUT

• Includes booth space at either the 2025 CCISDA Spring or Fall Conference.
• Opportunity to purchase up to three (3) registrations for employees to man the booth and participate in conference activities.
• Bold recognition at your selected conference booth as a CCISDA Gold Partner.
• Signage recognition at both conferences.
• Company name, logo, contact information, hyperlink, and a brief description featured on CCISDA’s 2025-26 Strategic Partner page.
• Opportunity to market one (1) Partner-produced webinar to CCISDA membership during the 2025-26 Partnership year (1 invitation and 1 reminder email).
• CCISDA Partner logo to display on your website.
  

Important Considerations for Potential Strategic Partners

• CCISDA Conference Sponsor: Exhibitors are not considered sponsors unless they purchase sponsorship in addition to securing a booth space. Sponsorship opportunities are outlined in the CCISDA Sponsor Prospectus, which provides a variety of benefits. For more details, please refer to the CCISDA Spring Conference and CCISDA Fall Conference websites.

• CCISDA Conference Registrations: All individuals attending CCISDA conferences must register. Registration is not included with the Strategic Partnership fee, booth fee, or sponsorship fee.
  • Exhibiting Platinum Partners may register up to four attendees per conference.
  • Exhibiting Gold Partners may register up to three attendees per conference.
    • Registration fees vary based on the timing of the purchase. For reference, 2024 registration fees were:
    • Early Bird: $900/person
    • Regular: $1,000/person
    • Late/At-the-Door: $1,200/person
    • Note: These rates are for reference only. CCISDA has not finalized the registration fees for 2025.
      
    
    
• CCISDA Member-Only Activities: Exhibitor and Sponsor conference registrants are welcome to attend most conference events. However, “CCISDA Member Only” sessions and ticketed events are private sessions strictly for members. These include time specifically dedicated for CCISDA members to connect and discuss association business or member-related activities, which vendors and sponsors are not permitted to attend.

• Member Login: Strategic Partners do not have access to the CCISDA member database and should disregard the member login message that appears when purchasing a Strategic Partnership. No account creation is necessary.
  
  
• CCISDA’s Code of Conduct: Before completing your registration, we kindly ask you to review CCISDA’s Code of Conduct. By participating in this program, you agree to uphold the values and principles outlined in the Code of Conduct to ensure a respectful and collaborative environment for all. You will be asked to acknowledge you have read and agree to Code of Conduct in order to complete registration.
